XVII.7. Suggested Text to Put on the Website

 

When you submit your personal data to our website and click the "confirmation" square, it will be deemed that you have expressly consented to their processing by the Data Controller and transferring them to third parties in connection with the purpose for which they are processed, limited and measured. The matters to be complied with within the scope of the disclosure obligation to be fulfilled by the Data Controller are as follows:

2. Purpose of processing personal data

 

Your personal data; In order to benefit from advertisement, promotion and services related to the subject of application, to keep the employee's union information in the personnel file as per the legislation, to carry out the relations regarding the need for the doctor to process the health information about the patient, to update your contact information, to fulfill our responsibilities regarding the after-service, the data recording system automatically and// or non-automatically, repair services and the realization of all these accounting transactions (financial transactions), for the purpose of determining and implementing our commercial, financial, legal and social business and targets, for as long as necessary and on condition that it is preserved.

 

3. The category of natural and legal persons to which personal data will be transferred and for what purpose

 

A. Natural and legal person category to whom personal data will be transferred

 

For example;

 

- The controlling company and subsidiaries within the scope of the group of companies

- Members of the Company's Board of Directors

- Company's; employees who have management and/or representation authority in human resources, quality, financial affairs (accounting), general directorate, marketing, domestic purchasing, foreign trade, research and development, enterprises, branches, data processing units.

- Company affiliates.

B. For what purpose personal data can be transferred

 

You accept that you expressly consent to the transfer of your personal data to the domestic and, where necessary, abroad for the following purposes:

 

- Provision of law: Keeping personal information of the employee in accordance with the law.

- Performance of the contract: Recording the company's address information for delivery.

- Actual impossibility: Personal health information of the unconscious person or location information of the abducted or missing person.

- Legal responsibility of the data controller: Sharing information in audits specific to areas such as banking, energy and capital markets.

- Making it public: Including the contact information of the person who wants to sell his house in the sales advertisement.

- Establishment, protection and use of the right: Keeping the necessary information about an employee who has left the job during the statute of limitations.

- Legitimate interest: Data processing for the purpose of applying rewards and bonuses that increase employee loyalty.

 

Some other examples; Reasons such as appointment and transfer transactions, transfer of contract, retirement transactions, participation in seminars and courses in the country and abroad, establishment of a contract, purchase of goods and services, product sales, advertising, promotion and marketing can be given.

 

4. Method and legal reason for collecting personal data

 

A. Personal data collection method

 

As a method of personal data collection, which of the following should be specified:

 

I. By fully automatic way,

ii. partly automatically,

iii. In a non-automatic way.

 

For example; Data controller, call center, websites of contracted institutions or organizations and other similar channels, automatically or non-automatically, in written, verbal and electronic media.

 

B. Legal reason for collecting personal data

 

As the legal reason for collecting personal data; It should be stated which of the processing conditions specified in the provisions of KVK m.5 and 6 is based on.

 

For example; As stated in KVK article 5 (2) (ç), "It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations."

 

5. Scope of the obligation to inform

 

By applying to the Data Controller, you have the following rights regarding yourself:

 

a) Identity of the data controller and its representative, if any,

b) For what purpose the personal data will be processed,

c) To whom and for what purpose personal data can be transferred,

ç) Method and legal reason for collecting personal data,

d) Other rights listed below;

i) Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

ii) If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,

iii) Learning whether personal data is used in accordance with the purpose of processing,

iv) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,

v) Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,

e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of KVK and other relevant laws (KVK art. 7, 11),

f) Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (v) and (e) above, to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

ğ) To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

 

II. Application to data controller

 

You may submit your requests within the scope of the rights specified in Section (I) above, in writing or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the e-mail address previously notified to the Data Controller by you and registered in the Data Controller system, or You can forward it to the Data Controller by means of a software or application developed for the purpose of application.

 

It is obligatory to include the following information and documents in your application;

 

a) Name, surname and signature if the application is written,

b) Republic of Turkey ("T.C. for short") T.C. for citizens of T.C. identification number, nationality for foreigners, passport number or identification number, if any,

c) Domicile or workplace address for notification,

ç) If available, the e-mail address, telephone and fax number for notification,

d) Subject of the request.

Information and documents related to the subject of the application should be attached to the application.

 

In the written application, the date on which the document is served to the Data Controller or his representative is the application date. In applications made by other methods; The date on which the application reaches the Data Controller is considered the application date.
